WAYNESBORO-Children who struggle with reading will get a fuzzy paw to hold at the Waynesboro Public Library in a new literacy program called “Happy Tales.” Teaming up with Positive Paws K-9 Training, the library is bringing in therapy dogs to listen to children read in an effort to boost the children’s confidence.
