IXL Volunteers Foster Native NC Plant Life

On May 12, nine IXL employees, along with other community volunteers, gathered at the base of a hill in Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. Their mission was to help rescue the park’s native plant life from invasive species, as part of an ongoing effort to make Dorothea Dix Park a sustainable part of the Raleigh landscape.

By popular demand, we’re excited to share that whole roster and class printing support is now available for the IXL Continuous Diagnostic and IXL Analytics! Now, teachers can print reports with one click for individual students on their roster or all students in a specific class. The reports are delivered as a single PDF, which saves time and lets teachers focus on instruction instead of data collection. This specific functionality is now available for the Diagnostic Overview, Student Details, and Progress & Improvement reports.

We have some exciting news to share with our customers in the great state of Texas: IXL has been selected by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as one of four vendors for Math Innovation Zones! Currently, over 300,000 students in Texas are using IXL, and we are thrilled to be working with the TEA to extend access to IXL Math and reach even more students across the state.

All Booked: IXLers Volunteer with Book Harvest

What do Anne of Green Gables, The Little Engine that Could, Dealing with Dragons, and The Magic School Bus have in common? All of these books were sorted by IXLers during a fun-filled day of volunteering with Book Harvest of Durham, North Carolina! On March 24, IXL employees booked it to this nonprofit to help categorize books that will be given to children throughout the area.
