Great news: Teachers can now import their roster from Google Classroom! With this update, it’s easier than ever to get all of your students set up on IXL so you can dive in right away. Keep reading to get all the details!

Setting up your IXL roster is an essential first step of the IXL experience—and now there’s no need to spend time typing in each student’s information! Teachers can join forces with their Google Classroom account and get one step closer to seeing IXL in action.

To import your Google Classroom data, start with the “Import students” button on your Roster page. (If you don’t see this button in the upper-right corner, this feature is not available on your type of account.)

If you gain or lose students during the course of the school year, no worries! You can resync your Google Classroom data at any point to keep your IXL roster accurate and up to date.
